Where do you ship to?
We ship from our UK office to anywhere in the world, payment must be made through our online shop. We strongly recommend customers outside Western Europe, Australia or North America to purchase the 'worldwide secured' shipping option for added security.


How quickly will I receive my order?
All items for sale are in stock. Orders are shipped twice weekly, on a Monday and Friday. UK customers can then expect delivery by Royal Mail 1st Class within 2 working days of payment. European customers will receive orders by Airmail within approximately 5 working days, and International customers by airmail within approximately 5-8 working days. Is payment secure?
We use Google Checkout to process your credit or debit card payment. This is one of the largest payment processing companies online, and is 100% secure.


How can I be sure of the quality of the products you sell?
We manufacture our own products and sell directly to the consumer, so have full control over the design and parts used, and are proud to offer high quality accessories. We also recognise the importance of excellent customer service, and invite you to read some of our 2000+ past customers feedback before making a purchase.


Do you offer any guarantee?
Yes, we will give a full refund for any items returned within 14 days of purchase if for whatever reason you wish to return your order. All our products come with a 12 month guarantee.


I have a device which is not listed, will you be making a version for my player?
We have no plans to develop versions for new players, the vast majority of newly released products can be charged over a USB socket, and our car and li-Ion battery packs will work with these.


I will be using the product with a device bought outside the UK, will this work with my player?
As far as our products are concerned, all devices are the same regardless of country of manufacture or sale. Our products have been tested working on UK, European, US and Asian devices.


What is your privacy policy?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. You will not receive any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- Your name
- Address
- E-mail address

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We do not use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site, such as cookies.
