Where do you ship to?
We ship from our UK office to anywhere in the world.


How much is postage and packaging?
Shipping to the UK is £2 for orders under £10, and £3 for larger orders.
Shipping to Europe is £2 for orders under £10, £3 for larger orders, plus 2% of the value of your order. So a £50 order would have £4 p&p.
Shipping to North America and Australasia is £2 for orders under £10, £3 for larger orders, plus 4% of the value of your order. So a £50 order would have £5 p&p.
Shipping to Central and South America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia is £2 for orders under £10, £3 for larger orders, plus 10% of the value of your order. So a £50 order would have £8 p&p.
All orders are sent by an insured service.


How quickly will I receive my order?
All items for sale are in stock unless otherwise stated, and orders are sent out within 2 working days of payment. UK customers can then expect delivery by Royal Mail within a further 2 working days. European customers will receive orders by Airmail within approximately 5 working days, and International customers by airmail within approximately 5-8 working days. Please read our customer feedback for testimonials.

If you require faster or more secure delivery, we also offer a priority shipping service. This is free for orders over £100, and £7 for smaller orders.
For UK customers this means dispatch within 1 working day, and guaranteed next day delivery with a signature on delivery. For international customers this means dispatch within 1 working day, a tracking code and a signature on delivery service.

Is payment secure?
We use Paypal to process your credit or debit card payment, although creating an account with Paypal is not necessary. All payment details are processed on a secure server, and your card details are not passed on to us.


What other payment methods do you accept?
We can also accept payment by Google Checkout. Please email us with details of what you'd like to order.


How can I be sure of the quality of the products you sell?
We manufacture our own products and sell directly to the consumer, so have full control over the design and parts used, and are proud to offer high quality accessories. We also recognise the importance of excellent customer service, and invite you to read some of our unedited past customers feedback on the 'reviews' page before making a purchase.


Do you offer any guarantee?
Yes, we will give a full refund for any items returned within 14 days of purchase if for whatever reason you wish to return your order. All our products come with a 12 month guarantee.


I have a device which is not listed, will you be making a version for it?
The vast majority of newly released products will charge from one of the connecting tips we provide, even if it is not specifically listed in our compatible devices. Others can be charged directly from a USB socket, and include a USB cable for this purpose.


I will be using the product with a device bought outside the UK, will this work?
As far as our products are concerned, all devices are the same regardless of country of manufacture or sale. Our products have been tested working on UK, European, US and Asian devices.


What is your privacy policy?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. You will not receive any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- Your name
- Address
- E-mail address

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
