PortaPow AA USB Battery Pack

This is a battery pack which uses two AA batteries to power your portable gadgets and charge them at the same time. It can be plugged into the power socket of your device just like a normal power adaptor, this pack would be suitable for the following -

- To dramatically increase runtime when away from a power source.
- When travelling, carry just the PortaPow and leave all your other chargers at home.
- Unlike rival products, our pack is compatible with all the latest Apple products including the iPhone 4GS.
- Also has a built in torch.

How does it work?

Insert two disposable or rechargeable AA batteries into the pack. Then connect your device to the USB socket on the pack to charge it.
The LED torch is activated with a switch on the side and works only with disposable batteries; rechargeables have a lower voltage which is not compatible.

How much battery life will it provide?

The table below shows the number of times you can charge your gadgets using two good quality disposable or rechargeable batteries. This performance is much lower than our built-in battery packs, but of course you can carry extra sets of AA batteries with you and changeover when one set is depleted. We have obtained these results using 2500mAh capacity rechargeable batteries, using higher capacity rechargeables or the best disposable batteries will result in even more runtime.

Which devices does it charge?

Since the pack features a USB socket, it can charge the thousands of devices which charge over USB. Using our USB charger cable together with its interchangeable tips extends the range of devices even further, allowing you to power many phones, PDAs, digital cameras, GPS navigators and mp3/video players.
