Where do you ship to?
We ship from our London, UK office to anywhere in the world.


How much is postage and packaging?
Shipping to the UK is a flat rate of £2.50. You will pay no additional postage for buying more than one item.
Shipping to Europe is between £2.50 - £10 depending on the size of your order.
Shipping to the rest of the world is between £3 - £15 depending on the size of your order.

All orders are sent using an insured service.


How quickly will I receive my order?
All items for sale are in stock unless otherwise stated, and orders are sent out within 2 working days of payment. UK customers can then expect delivery by Royal Mail within approximately 2 further working days. European customers will receive orders by Airmail within approximately 5 working days, and International customers by airmail within approximately 5-10 working days.

UK customers should allow upto 10 working days for delivery, and International customer should allow upto 20 working days.

If you require faster or more secure delivery, we also offer a priority shipping service which is available during checkout.
For UK customers this means next working day dispatch for orders received before midnight, and guaranteed next working day delivery by 1pm with a signature on delivery. For international customers this means next working day dispatch for orders received by midnight, a tracking code and a signature on delivery service.



Is payment secure?
We use Google and Paypal to process your credit or debit card payment. All payment details are processed on a secure server, and your card details are not passed on to us.


How can I be sure of the quality of the products you sell?
We invite you to read feedback from previous customers before making your decision.


Do you offer any guarantee?
Yes, we will give a full refund for any items returned within 14 days of purchase if for whatever reason you wish to return your order. All our products come with a 12 month guarantee.


I have a device which is not listed, will you be making a version for it?
The vast majority of newly released products will charge from one of the connecting tips we provide, even if it is not specifically listed in our compatible devices. Others can be charged directly from a USB socket, and include a USB cable for this purpose. If your device uses a 5V charger, it will almost certainly charge from our products.


What is your privacy policy?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. You will not receive any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- Your name
- Address
- E-mail address

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
